Scope

In the current growth centric and increasingly globalised economic environment organisations are challenged by lesser time from strategy to action, restless but misaligned talent pools and the ever increasing need to learn at a rapid pace. In such a scenario it is imperative for business leaders to rapidly design global strategies and align the organisation to translate such strategies to action throughout the organisation.

Custom designed programmes are particularly relevant for several key transformational objectives of the organisation. Some of them are:

  • Developing Solutions to Complex Problems – Diagnosing key problems, developing solutions through appropriate frameworks, implementing them in the organisation through action based projects with the ISB’s support to review the success of the projects.
  • Engaging Employees in Formulating the Company Strategy - Understanding market and industry dynamics, formulating and implementing competitive strategy by engaging people across different functions.
  • General Management Programme - Designed to provide high potential executives who have excelled in their functional areas, with perspectives, knowledge, and skills to help them become General Managers.
  • Developing the Leadership Pipeline - Learning to develop leaders across different levels in the organisation based on Ram Charan’s Leadership Pipeline Mode.
  • Strategic Leadership - Developing leadership among the top management to build business strategies to manage change and transition.
  • Personal and Organisational Change through Transformational Leadership - Changing mindsets, striving for personal excellence at work, leading and inspiring others to be catalysts for change, and creating an organisation-wide transformation.
  • Building a Customer Focussed Organisation – Identifying the appropriate customer segment, developing marketing strategies to win them, realigning employee attitudes to be customer focussed, developing processes in the organisation to deliver on the customer promise, and transforming the organisation to establish a customer focussed culture in the organisation.
  • Building Innovative Organisations - Developing an innovation mind set, making innovation a core competence, identifying and exploiting new opportunities.

The thought notes above are an indication of the wide range of interventions that the CEE has developed to enable organisations with the ever increasing need for cutting edge knowledge.

"Rather than dampen the spirit amongst my peers who are entrepreneurial in their own right, and to reduce the trauma that accompanies a ‘quantum change’ using a top down approach, I wanted change to evolve from within and the ISB was the first choice."
