General Management Programmes 
 

If you want to develop the ability to manage complex business situations, especially the art of making decisions in uncertain or ambiguous environments, break away from functional focus and develop a more inclusive attitude, integrate cross-functional objectives to generate innovative solutions that benefit the organisation as a whole, and build a global business, general management programmes are for you.

These programmes are designed for top management executives and for executives transitioning into general management roles after successfully heading different functions or departments. It is designed for a deep understanding of management principles that govern the organisation as a single, complete, entity. The programmes often include a one-week stint in a leading school, such as Kellog, INSEAD, and others. These programmes usually run for two to three weeks and sometimes allow for interaction with international executives of the participating B-school. They are offered independently or in partnership with Kellogg School of Management, INSEAD and others.

ISB Kellogg Global Advanced Management Programme
This programme is designed for top management executives. The exposure to leading faculty and colleagues from other industries in an intense learning environment is a transformative experience and dramatically enhances the performance of both the participant and organisation.

General Management Programme
This programme is designed to facilitate the transition of senior functional executives into highly effective general managers.  It develops a broad understanding of how to integrate across functions, optimise manpower and resources to get work done more efficiently and with superior results, in uncertain and complex environments.

Accelerated Management Programme
This programme is designed to facilitate functional understanding, optimise manpower and resources to get work done more efficiently and with superior results.
