Taj Hotels Palaces and Resorts is pleased to offer special rates for the participants of PACIS 2009. Rooms on special rates are available at all the three properties of Taj Hotels in Hyderabad.

Please note that only a limited number of rooms are available for PACIS 2009 at the Taj Hotels. Also these special rates are available till 31st May, 2009 only. Please book in time to avail special rates at the Taj Hotels.

Terms and conditions for booking at the Taj Hotels, Palaces and Resorts

Rates mentioned above are on per room per night basis for single occupancy only.
Extra supplement of INR 1,000 to be charged for Double/ Twin Occupancy at Taj Banjara & Taj Deccan. Extra supplement of INR 1,500 to be charged for Double/ Twin Occupancy at Taj Krishna.
Daily buffet breakfast in the coffee shop included in the rates.
Currently applicable Luxury Tax is included in the above rates.
Airport Transfer (One Way) will be included in the rates for Taj Club Rooms at Taj Krishna only.
Rooms mentioned above on special rates are available only till 31st May 2009.
The room booking will have to be supported by a valid credit card guarantee in order to get the conformation.
After the room release on 1st June, 2009, rooms can still be booked subject to availability by marking a reservation to reservations.Hyderabad@tajhotels.com. However, best rates available would be applied for such bookings.
All rates are in INR. Foreigners or Non Resident Indians will be levied an equivalent of the charge after converting the same amount to USD as per the exchange rates prevalent at the time of check out.
The above rates are available only for the conference period of PACIS 2009.
Check-in and check-out time at Taj Hotels is 12 noon. However, should there be an early arrival or a late departure and you would like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the delegates, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability, based on the following terms & conditions:

a) Early arrival before 10 am or a late departure beyond 2 pm will be charged additionally@50% of the above mentioned rates.
b) Early arrival before 7 am or late departure after 5 pm will be charged additionally@100% of the above mentioned rates.
We therefore recommend that you should plan your arrival/departure schedules accordingly.

Charges for usage of the telephones, laundry, mini-bar, health club, room service, business center, smokes, liquor, liquor license/s, transportation, sightseeing, spouses program, theme/gala evenings, photographer, etc. and any other facility utilized other than as part of the package by the guests staying at the hotel will be charged as per actual usage at the hotels’ normal rates.
Any room bookings cancelled 3 days prior to the arrival will be charged 1 night’s retention. In case the cancellation is done 2 days prior to arrival, retention for the whole stay will be charged. Any cancellation more than 3 days prior to the booking date will not be charged.
