About Us

The Centre for Leadership, Innovation, and Change (CLIC) was established in 2008 with a vision to build transformational leaders for an innovation nation. With generous contribution and unstinting support from Biocon and State Bank of India, CLIC consists of two dedicated research cells – BCIM (Biocon Cell for Innovation Management) and SBI Public-Sector Leadership Cell (SPL). CLIC, as all other research centers at ISB, is designed to fulfill ISB’s vision to build future leaders for India and the world. Leadership today demands the capacity to drive change and to advance innovation. We see our mission as threefold:

Research - develop thought leadership through rigorous research in select themes
Outreach organise events for idea exchange across leaders in academia, business & government
Education developing specialised curriculum with unique inter-disciplinary approach to leadership

CLIC addresses three critical areas of national interest - innovation, governance, and leadership.
