The Centre for Learning and Management Practice has a talented team of case writers, content developers, and event coordinators. They develop business cases; write content for different channels of communication, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders in developing state-of-the-art tools in business pedagogy.

Geetika Shah

Geetika Shah is Associate Director - Content Development and Training at the Centre for Learning, and Management Practice at ISB.

Geetika manages the case development and publishing efforts at the Centre. Leading and managing the Centre’s team of in-house and freelance writers, she helps in case development and preparing teaching materials that support the pedagogical and knowledge-creation objectives of the school.

Ashima Sood

Ashima Sood is Fellow, Centre for Learning and Management Practice at ISB. Ashima heads research dissemination initiatives at CLMP. She develops and delivers focused writing training for researchers at ISB, and facilitates the wider translation and dissemination of research outputs generated by ISB faculty, centres and institutes. Ashima is editor of ISBinsight, ISB’s flagship research publication, and of ISBInsight Management Briefs.

Arun Khan

Arun Khan is Manager at the Centre for Learning and Management Practice and is responsible for all the administrative activities at the Centre.

Arun manages the prestigious ISB-Ivey Global Case Competition and all the workshops conducted by the Centre. She also manages the case publishing process with the publishers. In addition, she also provides secondary research support for case studies that are developed by the Centre.

Srikanth V

Srikanth is Senior Associate at the Centre for Learning, and Management Practice. He provides administrative support for all CLMP events like Case Writing & Teaching Workshops, Case Competitions etc. along with the regular administrative tasks in the Centre. 

Catherine Xavier
Catherine joined CLMP in April 2016. She works on developing content that involves case-writing, lay-summaries, and research write-ups for the Center’s magazine. Prior to joining CLMP, Catherine worked as a teaching assistant at ISB, she also worked on assisting the creation of a course on Coursera at ISB. Catherine holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University, USA. She enjoys reading very much.
