The initiatives taken by the club are aimed at enhancing student learning and equipping the student body for a career in consulting. The activities conducted by the club are classified into the following categories:
Learning & Development
Functional Champion Model: This model enables peer to peer learning through a systematic approach by identifying students with relevant functional experience and mapping them to the interested club members. This initiative helps students to learn from each other’s experiences and broaden their knowledge base. The functional champions are chosen across the following functional consulting areas – Management, Risk, Technology, Financial, Operational, Supply Chain etc.

Mentor-Mentee Model: Each member of the club is mapped to an alumnus working in the consulting industry. The alumni guide the students throughout the year to make informed career decisions.  This technique further helps the students to network with the wide alumni network spread across the Consulting Industry.

Corporate Presence on Campus: These initiatives are aimed at creating more corporate presence on campus and thus creating more learning and networking opportunities for the students. In the past the club has organised numerous speaker sessions conducted by Senior Partners of reputed consulting firms. Senior Partners from consulting companies like McKinsey & Co, BCG, A.T Kearney and many more participate on an annual basis.

Other Initiatives: Competitions serve as a good channel for students to apply the concepts learnt in real time business problems. The club facilitates and encourages participation in consulting related competitions, conducted by premier B-Schools and top consulting organisations.

The club also educates the student body about the latest happenings in the industry through its regular club meetings and newsletters.
