In addition to representatives from AIMS, the conference was attended by illustrious people from different walks of life including industry, government, and education. The group of attendees spanned from across India as well as abroad.

The conference lasted for two days, during which the ISB-Ivey team and participants were given substantial air-time. Not only did we felicitate the winners of the ISB-Ivey Case Competition 2011, we also gave our winners an opportunity to make fifteen minute presentations on their cases. Further, we invited Dr. Anup K. Singh, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management and prize winner of the ISB-Ivey Case Competition 2010 to talk about his experience of publishing a case with ISB-Ivey.

A noteworthy thing that we did this year was that we raised the amount of the prize money from INR 50,000 to INR 1,00,000 for the 1st prize and from INR 25,000 to INR 75,000 for the 2nd. Since two cases won the 2nd prize, we further increased the prize money from INR 75,000 to INR 1,00,000, so that each case received INR 50,000.

The experience of participating in the competition was appreciated by the winners who expressed their enthusiasm at working with the ISB-Ivey team to polish their cases so that they could soon be published as ISB-Ivey co-branded cases and distributed by Ivey and Harvard Publishing.
