Professor Dishan Kamdar, Senior Associate Dean (Academic Programmes) at the Indian School of Business, currently works as an Associate Professor of Management. His research interests lie in contextual work performance, organisational citizenship behaviours (OCB), relationships between group composition and group performance, and effects of role perceptions on OCB. He is a member of the Academy of Management and also of the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Recently his paper “Substituting for Negative Leadership and Enhancing Positive Leadership: In-Role Perceptions Buffer the Impact of Negative LMX on Helping and Amplify the Impact of Positive LMX on Voice”, co- authored with J Joireman and L Van Dyne, has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Applied Psychology, a top tier journal in the Organisational Behaviour Area. This is a remarkable feat considering that this is his fifth publication in the same Journal in a short period of time. He received his PhD and MSc degree in Management from the National University of Singapore. |

Professor Arun Pereira is Clinical Associate Professor of Management Education at the Indian School of Business (ISB), and Head, Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Case Development. Previously, he was Associate Professor of Marketing at the Cook School of Business, Saint Louis University, St. Louis, MO, USA (1991-2008). His recent teaching awards include: Voted Best Teacher, Executive MBA (Class of 2004), and voted Best Teacher, Executive MBA (Class of 2005), at the Boeing Institute of International Business, Saint Louis University, St. Louis, MO. His research has appeared in various journals including, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, International Journal of Management Science, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Product and Brand Management, Psychology and Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business Ethics, and International Journal of Research in Marketing. His most recent book, co-authored with N. Singh, is “The Culturally Customized Web Site” (Elsevier, 2005). He has designed and taught executive training programs for various Fortune 500 companies. His most recent programs include teaching at Monsanto Co., St. Louis, MO, and McKinsey & Co., Mumbai. |

Professor Raveendra Chittoor, Assistant Professor of Strategy at the ISB, is the Faculty Fellow for Case Development at the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Case Development at ISB. His research interests include Internationalization strategies of emerging economy firms, Indian business groups, Management of family businesses, and Third-world multinationals or emerging multinationals. He has multiple publications in reputed journals like Organization Science, Journal of International Management, Family Business Review, and Journal of International Business Studies. He has also worked as Associate Professor of Strategic Management at IIM Calcutta. He has significant other professional experience across companies and functions. He held senior management positions in Mumbai-based R. Raheja Group (approx. USD 2 billion in sales), and served as a senior rating analyst at CRISIL. Additionally, he is Member, Board of Directors, ING Investment Management (India) Private Limited, the Indian mutual fund subsidiary of ING Group. He has various awards and achievements to his credit. These include nomination for the SMS Best Conference Paper Prize at the SMS Conference, 2008 and 2009, Winner of the Highly Commended Award of the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards, 2008, Co-winner of the SAMS/AIB Award for the Best Doctoral Dissertation Proposal, 2006, and Doctoral Research Award for 2006-2007 by the Foreign Affairs Canada through the Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute. He did his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and PhD from IIM, Calcutta.

Professor Amit Mehra, Assistant Professor of Information Technology at the ISB, is the Faculty Fellow for Learning at the Centre for Teaching Learning and Case Development at ISB. His research interests include Human Capital Development in Knowledge Intensive Organizations, Software Product Planning and Pricing, Business Value of IT and IT Portfolio Management, Open Source Software Based Business Models, Electronic Commerce and Internet Advertising. He has publications in reputed journals like Management Information Systems, Information Systems Research, and NET Institute Paper. He has worked at the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester and the EMBA programme for University of Berne, Switzerland students. His other professional experience includes Member, AIS and INFORMS, Reviewer, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Hawaii International Conference for System Sciences, Workshop on Information System Economics; Member, organizing committee of Workshop on Information System Economics, Seattle; Manager, Accounting and Finance, Indian Railways. His achievements and awards include ICIS Doctoral Consortium, 2005 and Doctoral Fellowship, W E Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Rochester, 2001-2005. He also has a B Tech and M Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. |

Meena Saxena is the Associate Director at Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Case Development at the ISB. She holds this position concurrently with her responsibility as Associate Director for Leadership, Innovation, and Change (CLIC) at ISB. Meena coordinates all activities, events and programs, publications, and other initiatives of the Centre as well as liaise with its key external stakeholders. Prior to joining ISB she served as the Vice Principal of Management and Commerce faculty at Jaihind College, a leading multi-faculty college in Mumbai. She also taught marketing related courses at various undergraduate programs at the College. Meena was also involved in setting up a new B-school- The Bombay school of Business. Meena has B Com and M Com degrees from Sydenham College and a Master of Science in Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA. |

Geetika Shah is the Associate Director, Content Development and Training at the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Case Development at the ISB. Geetika helps in case development and preparing teaching materials that support the pedagogical and knowledge-creation objectives of the school. Before joining the CTLC she assisted faculty in teaching, course work and research at the ISB. Prior to this Geetika worked on the development and management of a business enterprise, Database and Tele-calling operations. She has also worked at D. E. Shaw India Software Pvt. Ltd., and ADP Wilco (India) Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad. She was involved in their process improvement and software quality management initiative using the Software Capability Maturity Model (SEI – Carnegie Mellon University). Before this she worked with Hindustan Thompson Associates, Bangalore. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Bangalore.

T Raghav Rao is a mechanical engineer from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He worked in industry for 20 years in various managerial capacities until his last assignment as CEO of Shriram Refrigeration Industries Ltd., Hyderabad (now Tecumseh Products of India Ltd.) For fifteen years thereafter, as an independent consultant, he helped companies reengineer their business processes to improve quality, reduce cost and increase customer delight. He has been associated with ISB as a consultant since 2009, assisting case-writers and reviewing cases submitted to the CTLC. He is also assisting the school in the process of applying for and getting AACSB accreditation. |

Arun Khan is a Manager at the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Case Development. She provides administrative support for the Centre. Additionally, she assists in secondary research for case studies that are developed at the Centre. Prior to joining ISB she worked in Star Health & Allied Insurance Pvt. Ltd. as the Deputy General Manager, Training. She has also served as an Assistant Manager across different divisions at Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Prior to that she worked as a Research Associate at the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI). She also co-authored Smart Communications Inc., a case which won an EFMD award in 2006. |

Arohini Narain, Consultant, Content Development, oversees the content-related activities at the Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Case Development at the ISB. She works with faculty on activities related to the development of case studies, and teaching materials, that facilitate the pedagogical and knowledge-creation objectives of the school. She also manages the content on the Centre’s website and marketing collaterals. Prior to joining ISB, Arohini worked as a marketing manager at HSBC in USA and Hong Kong. During her stay in Hong Kong, she provided research support to the book titled “Indians in Hong Kong: Co-prosperity in Diversity”, published under the aegis of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. After completing her Bachelors in Psychology (Honours) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, she did her MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and was awarded a lifetime membership to the Beta Gama Sigma honour society for academic excellence. |
