Deepa Mani is the Executive Director, SRITNE and assistant professor in the Information Systems group and Research Fellow at the Indian School of Business. She is the faculty coordinator for the IBM Research Collaboratory in service science at ISB. Professor Mani’s research interests are at the intersection of technology, organisation, and society. She is interested in studying the impact of technology on organisation of economic activity, including firm boundary decisions, and the impact of such organisation on firm value and economic productivity. Deepa has a PhD in Information Systems from University of Texas Austin, MS from Carnegie Mellon University, MBA from Mumbai University and a Bachelors degree from St. Stephens College, New Delhi.

Jayesh Ranjan

Mr. Jayesh Ranjan is a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the 1992 batch and working in the state of Telangana. He holds a Masters Degree in Psychology from Delhi University, a degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Masters in Public Management from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He has also done short courses in the University of Birmingham (on Environmental Policy Analysis), JICA training Institute, Tokyo (on lake remediation), London School of Economics (on Globalization and Leadership), Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (in Public Policy), and Swedish Institute, Stockholm (on Sustainability and CSR). He is the All-India topper of his IAS batch of 1992. Jayesh Ranjan is the Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) Departments of the Telangana government. 
Anil Bhansali

Anil Bhansali is the Managing Director of Microsoft India (R&D) Pvt. Ltd. and the General Manager of the Cloud and Enterprise engineering teams at Microsoft India Development Center (MSIDC). A veteran of over 22 years at Microsoft, Anil began his career here in Redmond in 1991 as part of the Office division, where he worked on MS Excel for multiple releases. He was the Partner Development Manager in the Office Shared Services Team that worked on SharePoint Team Services V1.0 and Windows SharePoint Service version 2.0.He has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in computer science from Stony Brook University.

Anand Nandkumar

Dr. Anand Nandkumar is an Associate Professor of Strategy at Indian School of Business. Anand explores industry and firm level phenomena that influence innovation - the generation and distribution of new "ideas" and, entrepreneurship - the process by which, new ideas are commercialized and brought to the market. His research focuses on high technology industries such as pharmaceuticals, bio-technology and software industries, and his research falls in between industrial organization (IO), economics of technological change and strategy. Anand's current work examines the effect of patent reforms on R&D productivity of Indian firms and foreign captives in India, the influence of incentives on the generation of innovation, the influence of technology markets on firm performance and the role of opportunity costs on entrepreneurial performance. Prof. Anand holds a Ph D (Public Policy and Management and Strategy and entrepreneurship), Carnegie Mellon University.

Dr. Arunachalam current research focuses on the interface between the firm’s marketing capabilities and innovation outcomes. His research explores questions like: What is the role of marketing in how firms profit from innovation? How do top management’s actions and behaviour affect marketing and innovation capabilities of the firm?  In order to investigate these research questions, he integrates perceptual data from CEOs and CMOs (Chief Marketing Officers) on firm capabilities and strategies with objective innovation and performance indicators. Prior to his PhD in Marketing from Iowa State University, he worked in industry in different capacities as COO, EA to the MD and software engineer.

Vasudeva Varma

Dr. Vasu's  research Interests are in the broad areas of Information Retrieval, Extraction and Access. More specifically: social media analysis, cross language information access, summarization and semantic search. He also works in the areas of Cloud Computing and Reuse in Software Engineering. He is also the CEO of IIIT Hyderabad Foundation, which runs one of the largest technology incubators in India. The Foundation manages IIIT-H’s IP and technology transfers. He is also the co-founder of SETU Software Systems Pvt Ltd. Prof. Vasu holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad.

Dr. Ramnath Chellappa is currently an Associate Professor and Caldwell Research Fellow in the Information Systems & Operations Management area at the Goizueta Business SchoolEmory University. He was formerly a faculty member at the Marshall School of BusinessUniversity of Southern California (1997 - 2005), and also served as the Director of ebizlab (Electronic Economy Research Lab).  He is also affiliated with the Center for Telecom Management at USC and the Center for Research in Electronic Commerce (formerly known as CISM) at the University of Texas at Austin. He received his PhD in Management (Information, Risk, and Operations Management) from the business school (now the McCombs School of Business) at the University of Texas at Austin in 1997-98.  He has a background in engineering (Mining Engineering (1987-91) Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, India) and Petroleum Engineering (1991-93), University of Texas, Austin) and has worked as a Unix and networks administrator.

Tarun Jain  is an Assistant Professor of Economics and Public Policy at the Indian School of Business. His research focuses on understanding causes and consequences of human capital formation (for instance access to health and education), especially in the context of fast-growing developing countries. He holds Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Virginia. 
GT Venkateswar Rao, IRS
 Mr G.T. Venkateshwar Rao is presently posted as Commissioner (Electronic Service Delivery) and Special Commissioner (e-Governance) in the Department of ITE&C, Government of Telangana. He belongs to India Revenue Service and is currently on deputation with the State Government of Telangana. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and two Post Graduate degrees in Industrial management and Computer science. He is the first officer from Income Tax Department to receive the coveted Prime Minister award for Excellence in Public Administration in April 2010 which is the highest recognition for civil servants in India for his innovative and path breaking work in data mining in Income tax department called 360 degree profiling for detecting tax evasion. This is one of the largest Data mining projects in government in the world. 
Neha Patel
Neha Patel is the Head of Design at Roadzen Inc., a startup that is transforming auto insurance in India, China and the US. Previously, Neha was working for Avacara - an enterprise software and data analytics company that did product development for Fortune 500 clients. She also worked as a Design Consultant at Pittsburgh Landmarks and History Foundation in the design and operations domain. Neha has a degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Pittsburgh where she studied analytical design, case study analysis and strategic design concepts.
