Research Mentorship

Research is an integral part of the Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM). Faculty will play an important mentorship role in the lives of their students. They will provide hands-on guidance to students and help them build their research skills. Mentoring is aimed at supporting students as they pursue their research project, adjust to academic life and finally complete a successful dissertation.

The key activities of mentors include, but not limited to:
  • Provide guidance to Executive FPM students about the conduct of research.
  • Helping students identify interesting research projects for their dissertation.
  • Giving suggestions on the student’s emerging research paper.
  • Reading drafts of working papers written by students and offering feedback.
  • Provide direction about the student’s progress on research.
