The Indian School of Business is embarking upon a Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) to groom promising young researchers to be innovative problem solvers and thinkers. The Programme is for four or five years’ duration, at the end of which the students qualify for faculty positions in top business schools around the world. The programme is fully funded and students stand to benefit from the research strengths of the ISB faculty, engaged as they are in cutting edge research that is both academically rigorous as well as highly relevant to the needs of business.

The FPM at ISB is being started by incorporating best practices, skills, knowledge and inputs from INSEAD, a global business school with an established track record of generating and disseminating research of the highest quality. This will help ISB design and deliver a truly exceptional FPM.
