Through the ‘Employee Sponsorship Scheme’, organizations can full or part sponsor high performing employee(s) who they want reward, retain and groom into senior management positions. In order to maintain the high quality of the participant profile, ISB requires all sponsored candidates to go through the admission process and meet the admission requirement of the programme.
