Professor Pierre Dussauge is Dean of Faculty and Research, at HEC-Paris, and an award winning teacher. Earlier, he was Visiting Professor of Corporate Strategy and International Business at the Ross School of Management, University of Michigan. He has taught at various other schools including INSEAD (Fontainebleau), IESE (Barcelona, Spain), INCAE (Costa Rica), ISB (Hyderabad) and Tsinghua University (Beijing).  Professor Dussauge’s research focuses on global strategic alliances, and he is the author or co-author of several books in the field of strategic management.  His book, Les Strat├ęgies d'Alliance won the 1995 McKinsey Award for Best Management Book published in France.

Professor Arun Pereira is Executive Director, Centre for Teaching, Learning, and Case Development at ISB. He is also a member of the Permanent Faculty at ISB, External Faculty at McKinsey & Company, Mumbai, and one of  AACSB's Global Facilitators for Assurance of Learning. Professor Pereira spent over 20 years teaching MBAs, senior executives and Ph.D. students in the US. He is the author of two books, and a wide range of scholarly papers. Professor Pereira has won multiple teaching awards in Executive MBA, and MBA programmes including Best Professor, Executive MBA at the Boeing Institute of International Business, St. Louis, USA (2004 and 2005) and voted ISB’s Professor of the Year (2012 and 2013).

Professor Charles Dhanaraj is Professor of Strategy and Global Leadership, at IMD Lausanne, Switzerland, and an award winning teacher and researcher.  Previously, he was Associate Professor at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business (USA). He also held the positions of Schmenner Faculty Fellow in International Business, and Research Fellow at the Randy Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence.  Further Professor Dhanaraj was visiting professor at Kellogg (USA), ISB (India), CBS (Copenhagen), FDC (Brazil), Ivey (Canada), and Grenoble (France). He was instrumental in starting the Centre for Case Development at ISB, and served as the Head of the Centre for Leadership, Innovation, and Change at ISB.
