Vineet NayarMr. VINEET NAYAR is the vice chairman of HCL Technologies and the founder of ‘Sampark Foundation’. He is also the author of the highly acclaimed management book ‘Employees First, Customers Second: Turning Conventional Management Upside Down.’.  A management visionary and a radical thinker, Vineet architected the transformation of HCL from a technology firm worth $ 0.7 billion in 2005 to a $ 4.6 billion Global Technology Services Company with over 85,000 employees spread across 32 countries in 2013.






Banmali-Agrawala-President-CEO-GE-IndiaMr. BANMALI AGRAWALA is the President and CEO for GE South Asia and is responsible for all of GE's operations in the South Asia region. A veteran in the Energy domain, Banmali has over 29 years of global experience and has served as the Executive Director – Strategy and Business Development, Tata Group. Prior to that, Banmali was with the Wartsila Group for over 21 years as the Managing Director of Wartsila India Limited. 
An active member of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), Banmali has served as the Chairman of the Western Regional Council of CII, an elected Member of the National Council, Chairman of the National Committee on Power and Chairman of the Maharashtra State Council. He is an alumnus of the Advanced -Management Programme of the Harvard Business School.




Piyush MathurMr. PIYUSH MATHUR is President, India Region for Nielsen and is also in charge of Nielsen Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Nepal, heading a multi-divisional, multi-cultural organization with over 3000 employees. He is a passionate corporate entrepreneur, always looking at understanding consumers and their emerging demand for products and services at a local and regional level. He has an MBA and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 
Mr. Mathur has completed close to 20 years with Nielsen, serving on their leadership team in Eastern Europe and Middle East Africa (EEMEA) and Asia Pacific and has operated from several locations including New Delhi, Kathmandu, Cairo, Dubai and now Mumbai. He continues to work to unlock the potential of the talent in Nielsen to make their Client’s business grow every day.




CP GurnaniMr. CP GURNANI (popularly known as CP) is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Tech Mahindra. He has led international business development, start ups, turnarounds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. CP was instrumental in Tech Mahindra's transformation journey, contributing significantly to the company's strategy and philosophy. He was nominated by Ernst and Young for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2007. He holds a chemical engineering degree from NIT, Rourkela. 

In a career spanning over 32 years, he has held several leading positions with HCL, HP and Perot Systems (India) Limited. Prior to Tech Mahindra, CP was the COO and a Co-founder of Perot Systems India Limited, initially set up as HCL Perot Systems. He orchestrated the joint venture from its inception to make it one of India's top IT services companies.
