ISB-Mint Fellowship Programme

The ISB-Mint Fellowship provides an incredible platform for young professionals to work with leading academicians and journalists. ISB and Mint have come together to offer a unique development opportunity for young graduates to help them build a strong understanding of applied research, hone their interviewing skills with corporate executives and become digital media savvy. Through primary and secondary research, they will develop an appreciation for the rigors of academic research and learn to identify and tease out key business issues through guided case writing.

Requirements: Recent national and international graduates from Bachelor/Master program with exemplary communication skills.

Training Provided: Interviewing Skills (Mint), Leveraging Digital Media (Mint), LRC Information sources (ISB), Writing Workshop and Case Study Development (ISB)

Process: CLMP will manage the process of seeking applications, conducting online tests and final selection. CLMP will work with RCIs to assign Fellows to specific projects/faculty. CLMP will be responsible for training of Fellows. It will work with Mint to identify training and other collaboration opportunities. RCI will be responsible for monitoring the work and the final output of the Fellows and formal assessment of their work.

Steering Committee: ISB and Mint will assign two people to be part of the Steering Committee for a period of three years. This Committee will have oversight on the selection, assignment and evaluation of ISB-Mint Fellows.
