This paper was co-authored with Professor L Van Dyne, Michigan State University, and is Professors Kamdar’s fourth publication in the same esteemed Journal within a short span of time. “The best way in which faculty can contribute to a growing institution like the ISB, is by publishing their work in top-tier journals. This endorses the quality of the cutting-edge research that ISB is already involved in,” said Kamdar.
Professor Kamdar is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Management at the Indian School of Business. His research interests lie in contextual work performance, Organisational Citizenship Behaviours (OCB), relationships between group composition and group performance, and effects of role perceptions on OCB. He is also a member of the Academy of Management, one of the oldest scholarly management associations in the world dedicated to create and disseminate knowledge about management and organizations, housed at Pace University, New York. Professor Kamdar is also a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a division of the American Psychological Association.
