UCLA and ISB
Professor Chowdhry gave the closing address for the conference. With regard to the subject matter of the conference, he urged the government that "give me an entire State and I will convert it into Hong Kong". He further stated that ISB was committed to holding conferences of this nature to provide a forum of open discussion on matters of great importance.
