At ISB, the Centre for Executive Education is focused on developing and delivering world-class short duration and part-time certification programmes for corporate executives, professionals, entrepreneurs and government and social sector officials. The CEE works very closely with the various institutes and centres in the school to design and deliver these programmes to world-class levels. The jobholder as Associate Director – CEE, reports to the Director – Open enrolment and Certification Programmes and performs a set of key responsibilities which enables the development and delivery of executive education programmes, both in the certification format and in the short duration format. The jobholder will work with the management and faculty of the Centres and Institutes on activities related to the conceptualization and design of sector-specific part-time certification programmes and short duration programmes. This position requires strong knowledge of management and business issues and an ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research, perform analysis, structure programmes and plan and deliver according to plan and requirements. This position requires the ability to collaborate with the school leadership, resident and visiting faculty, industry professionals, programme participants, other programme designers, instructional technology developers and programme management staff to ensure world-class delivery of programmes.

Skills and Qualifications
1. MBA / Masters (Comp. Sci.) from a top ranked business school preferred
