The ISB Campus lies on a beautiful site, with large boulders, open fields and clusters of large trees. The campus architects have retained and highlighted the existing rock formations and the tree canopies. Ecological balance is maintained on the campus by a large artificial lake which collects rainwater from the roadways, parking lots and rooftops.
The Academic Centre is the heart of the campus and houses the Learning Resource Centre (LRC), the knowledge hub of the institution. The LRC holds the library and the IT facilities. It has a remarkable contribution in making the School a premier research centre for the international business management community. The Courtyard is the social hub of the campus, providing space for service outlets, facilities and leisure.
The Student Villages form the four cornerstones of the campus, each accommodating 130 to 210 students in a mix of four-bedroom apartments and studio apartments.
All apartments are serviced, fully furnished and equipped with a cable connection, voice and data ports for telephone, campus LAN and the Internet. Each student village has a village centre where students can study, play or simply hang out.
The campus provides housing for resident and visiting faculty and also for executive programme participants. The Recreation Centre houses a fitness centre, swimming pool, football/cricket ground, and courts for squash, tennis, basketball and other sports. |
