Pranav has around 4 year & 10 months of experience within the media and consulting industry. Prior to ISB he was with STAR India Pvt Ltd in the Marketing and Sale department, in charge of revenue growth for STAR Movies & STAR Movies Action. During his time there he was successful in acquiring new business on the channels by providing unique brand integration solutions to suit client requirements and leveraging business understanding to increase efficacy of the advertising campaign. He also succeeded in getting sponsors on the premier properties; sold maximum air-time on the biggest property - Oscars 2013 telecast. Pranav has also worked with Deloitte in a risk advisory role.
Shrikala has had around three and a half years of work experience in marketing and communications. Prior to this, she was working as a program producer and business correspondent for a radio station in Qatar.

As a brand consultant and a brand strategist she was responsible for creating 360' branding solutions (including creating ad films and documentaries) for clients like Sony MIX, L&T, Mahindra & Mahindra, MSPL Ltd, The World BPO Forum, USA, Cygnus World School, to name a few. She has also co-founded a start-up, Karigari Express that makes products that they are unique, ‘mad’ and adorable. But most of all, the products speak about, speak for, and speak to the person it is meant for.

As a freelance Assistant Director she has worked for Colors, Zee, Disney and UTV Bindass, on shows such as Bigg Boss or Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs.
