Naireet Ghosh
Analyst Naireet holds a post-graduate degree in management from ISB with a specialization in Operations Management, and a Bachelors in Technology from IIT Kharagpur. Prior to joining ISB, Naireet was working in the field of shipdesign primarily in Singapore and for a brief while in Mumbai. After my post-graduation, instead of taking up a corporate job he chose to make a career in research focused on healthcare operations management. Naireet works at ISB focuses on developing systems to improve the distribution of healthcare products and services in rural India. 
Himasagar Molakapuri
Analyst Himasagar is a Research Associate at ISB and a part time analyst with Max Institute of Healthcare Management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production and Industrial Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Prior to joining ISB, he worked as a senior analyst in Bangalore and developed skills in machine learning. His primary research interest is designing effective health policy frameworks for emerging countries - he is currently analysing the intended and unintended welfare consequences of price regulation on medical devices in India
Aakash Raikwar
Analyst
Aakash is a 2015 graduate of Master of Public Health from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences with specialization in Health policy, Economics and Finance. He has extensive project experience in the area of prevention of malnutrition and mortality in children and his research interest includes Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (CEA) of healthcare interventions
 
Prior to joining ISB, he worked as a Research Officer in MAHAN, an NGO that works to prevent malnutrition and mortality of children below five years in Maharashtra. He has worked on Cost-Effective Analysis with WHO SEARO in the area of Breast cancer interventions and with Netherlands Leprosy Foundation on single dose Rifampicin in Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
Preeti Singh
Analyst Preeti Singh is Analyst at Indian School of Business. Her primary area of interest is health care research and managing high quality projects and programmes on chronic diseases in India. She has expertise in public health and experience from multiple research environments in a multi-disciplinary setting. Her work at ISB has special emphasis on operational efficiency, financial sustainability, and social impact of social enterprises in primary health care.

Prior to joining ISB, Singh has worked as a project officer in a project of Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Chandigarh and WHO SEARO on adolescent health and SDGs. She has worked at Public Health Foundation of India as a project manager in a multi-centric breast cancer project.  At National Health Mission Haryana, she has worked in capacity building of frontline health workers in Essential Newborn Care & Resuscitation. She has done research on breast cancer, adolescent health, and integrated care in India. Singh has a Master of Public Degree from School of Public Health, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Chandigarh
Hanu Tyagi
Analyst Hanu brings with him 8+ years of experience focused on Healthcare and Life Sciences sector across India, Middle East and the US markets. Prior to joining MIHM, he worked as a Strategy consultant with EY-Parthenon, ZS Associates and with industry players like Ranbaxy Labs Ltd. Among other topics, his research interests hover around healthcare policy, regulatory incentives and their impact on business investment, trade-off between access and rewarding innovation and PPP models.
 
He holds a post-graduate degree in Management from Indian School of Business and an bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology, Warangal. 
 
Dr. Nisha Jain
Analyst Dr. Nisha Jain holds a Post-graduation in Public Health Management from Indian Institute of Public Health, Delhi (IIPHD) and Bachelors in Dental Surgery (BDS) from BDCH, Himachal Pradesh University, Himachal Pradesh. Her involvement in research and areas of interest include Planning and Implementation of Projects, Healthcare Service Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Maternal & Child Health, Clinical Research, and Quality Data Management. 
Worked with Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) and IIPH-Delhi under the aegis of PHFI in diverse projects. She has rich experience in Coordinating diversified research projects, Qualitative research & analyzing, and Monitoring & Evaluation of research studies. She has also done research in Tobacco Control and contributed towards studies conducted by School of Public Health, Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh and Punjab area.

Alekhya Chaparala
Research Assistant Alekhya is a Research Assistant with the Max Institute of Healthcare Management. She holds a B.A. from Cornell University, where she majored in Biology & Society with a minor in Global Health. Alekhya’s interests lie at the intersection of public health policy, delivery and advocacy in low-resource communities. Her previous experience includes research on public health delivery models for ACCESS Health India, and legislative research on foreign aid deployment for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) in the US.
