Mandvi Dubey has about 4.5 years of work experience in the corporate and social sector. After working in the Advisory Division of Ernst & Young LLP (EY) and she moved to the development sector to work with Dasra, a strategic philanthropy organization. At Dasra she worked to build a 30 million dollar multi-stakeholder collaborative ecosystem to address the healthcare needs of mothers, newborns, children, and for adolescent girl empowerment in India in collaboration with USAID, the Kiawah Trust, and the Piramal Foundation. In her spare time she loves volunteering for street children in Mumbai, travelling and dancing (being a trained odissi dancer). But most of all she truly enjoys eating.
Benjamin is a Physics graduate who has 4 years of experience in consulting and education. He started his career at Bain & Co. as an Analyst and worked across multiple Industries and geographies. Post Bain, Benjamin worked for one of India's largest education NGO's - "Pratham" in their Program Management team. Here he worked closely with the senior management and was responsible for business development, operations, financial and program planning and policy advocacy across India. Benjamin likes playing racquet sports, trekking, reading sci-fi and exploring new places.
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Ajinkya Pandey is a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Quality Management from BITS. Prior to ISB he worked with a fortune 50 technology firm in the Marketing function for 4.5 years. His interest in the social sector encouraged him to start a non-profit, Society for Rural Prosperity, working towards Technology Actualization and Inclusive Volunteering in 2011 at Mumbai. He also holds a Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from NMIMS, Mumbai. This position brings together his interest in Marketing and passion for social work. He is a sports enthusiast, has played Badminton and football at semi-professional levels, and is an amateur photographer.
Pooja is an economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College. She has 2 years of experience as a ‘Teach for India’ fellow. She believes in the power of education in changing the lives of the underprivileged. She loves teaching children and taught a class of 30 third graders in a municipal school in Delhi. She is also the co-founder of Khwaab Welfare Trust which is working towards financial independence of underprivileged women. She is passionate about dancing and is a big time foodie.
Bharat Gupta, an Electrical and Electronics engineer from NIT Trichy, before joining ISB was doing Research and Development for Hewlett-Packard in cloud computing domain. He has been volunteering in development sector for about 4 years. He held the responsibility of Zonal Coordinator for Youth for Seva (YFS), a Bangalore based NGO, where he engaged 100+ volunteers in educational activities at 5 government school under his purview. He also mentored two engineering graduates, volunteering for Mentor Together and Dream School Foundation. He is passionate about adventure sports and is an avid trekker.
Swati Gusain, a civil engineer from NIT Hamirpur started her career with a construction firm. After working for nearly 3 years in business development, contracts and planning roles in the organization, she moved to the social sector. She worked in capacity of a business development executive in projects that promote cultural, social and environmental sustainability. Swati worked for about 10 months with this setup before joining ISB. This animal lover and ardent traveller is passionate about life and loves making friends.
Alumni Relations Coordinator
Anikh is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur batch of 2009. He majored in Civil Engineering and started his career as a Structural Engineer, designing Steel Plant Structures for 4 years. He followed it up with a stint as a Projects Auditor with ITC Limited. He has experience in large scale projects, with emphasis on engineering analysis and design. He has been involved in the CSR activities with all of his employers and is particularly interested in prospects of low cost housing and structures. He is a voracious reader and a passionate photographer who can be seen taking long walks with his gear around campus.
Binamra is an engineer who has a passion to create an impact in the society. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 2011. Before joining ISB, he was working in a social enterprise, Samagra, which supports elected representatives with grass root development of their constituencies. He has 1.5 years of experience in the energy sector, during which he also worked on CSR initiatives in the state of Jharkhand. He is a sports enthusiast and loves to play the guitar during his leisure time.
Learning & Development Coordinator
A mechanical engineer by training, has spent almost 5 years in the Development Sector. Siddharth developed sustainable business models to provide safe drinking water to the rural and urban low income markets. He was instrumental in setting up a for-profit social enterprise that provides safe drinking water to over 100 schools and 10,000 households. Siddharth is a music aficionado, blues guitarist and loves to jam with his music ensemble, The Purple Room.
