Mandvi Dubey
President Mandvi Dubey has about 4.5 years of work experience in the corporate and social sector. After working in the Advisory Division of Ernst & Young LLP (EY) and she moved to the development sector to work with Dasra, a strategic philanthropy organization. At Dasra she worked to build a 30 million dollar multi-stakeholder collaborative ecosystem to address the healthcare needs of mothers, newborns, children, and for adolescent girl empowerment in India in collaboration with USAID, the Kiawah Trust, and the Piramal Foundation. In her spare time she loves volunteering for street children in Mumbai, travelling and dancing (being a trained odissi dancer). But most of all she truly enjoys eating.
Benjamin Cherian
Vice President Benjamin is a Physics graduate who has 4 years of experience in consulting and education. He started his career at Bain & Co. as an Analyst and worked across multiple Industries and geographies.  Post Bain, Benjamin worked for one of India's largest education NGO's - "Pratham" in their Program Management team. Here he worked closely with the senior management and was responsible for business development, operations, financial and program planning and policy advocacy across India. Benjamin likes playing racquet sports, trekking, reading sci-fi and exploring new places.
Ajinkya Pandey
Marketing & Communications Coordinator Ajinkya Pandey is a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Quality Management from BITS. Prior to ISB he worked with a fortune 50 technology firm in the Marketing function for 4.5 years. His interest in the social sector encouraged him to start a non-profit, Society for Rural Prosperity,  working towards Technology Actualization and Inclusive Volunteering in 2011 at Mumbai. He also holds a Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from NMIMS, Mumbai. This position brings together his interest in Marketing and passion for social work. He is a sports enthusiast, has played Badminton and football at semi-professional levels, and is an amateur photographer. 
Pooja Chopra
Events Coordinator Pooja is an economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College. She has 2 years of experience as a ‘Teach for India’ fellow. She believes in the power of education in changing the lives of the underprivileged. She loves teaching children and taught a class of 30 third graders in a municipal school in Delhi. She is also the co-founder of Khwaab Welfare Trust which is working towards financial independence of underprivileged women. She is passionate about dancing and is a big time foodie.  
Bharat Gupta
Events Coordinator Bharat Gupta, an Electrical and Electronics engineer from NIT Trichy, before joining ISB was doing Research and Development for Hewlett-Packard in cloud computing domain. He has been volunteering in development sector for about 4 years. He held the responsibility of Zonal Coordinator for Youth for Seva (YFS), a Bangalore based NGO, where he engaged 100+ volunteers in educational activities at 5 government school under his purview. He also mentored two engineering graduates, volunteering for Mentor Together and Dream School Foundation. He is passionate about adventure sports and is an avid trekker.
Swati Gusian
Events Coordinator Swati Gusain, a civil engineer from NIT Hamirpur started her career with a construction firm. After working for nearly 3 years in business development, contracts and planning roles in the organization, she moved to the social sector. She worked in capacity of a business development executive in projects that promote cultural, social and environmental sustainability. Swati worked for about 10 months with this setup before joining ISB. This animal lover and ardent traveller is passionate about life and loves making friends. 
Anikh Thakur
Alumni Relations Coordinator Anikh is a graduate from IIT Kharagpur batch of 2009. He majored in Civil Engineering and started his career as a Structural Engineer, designing Steel Plant Structures for 4 years. He followed it up with a stint as a Projects Auditor with ITC Limited. He has experience in large scale projects, with emphasis on engineering analysis and design. He has been involved in the CSR activities with all of his employers and is particularly interested in prospects of low cost housing and structures. He is a voracious reader and a passionate photographer who can be seen taking long walks with his gear around campus.
Binamra Dash
Careers Coordinator Binamra is an engineer who has a passion to create an impact in the society. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 2011. Before joining ISB, he was working in a social enterprise, Samagra, which supports elected representatives with grass root development of their constituencies. He has 1.5 years of experience in the energy sector, during which he also worked on CSR initiatives in the state of Jharkhand.  He is a sports enthusiast and loves to play the guitar during his leisure time.
Siddharth Bountra
Learning & Development Coordinator A mechanical engineer by training, has spent almost 5 years in the Development Sector. Siddharth developed sustainable business models to provide safe drinking water to the rural and urban low income markets. He was instrumental in setting up a for-profit social enterprise that provides safe drinking water to over 100 schools and 10,000 households. Siddharth is a music aficionado, blues guitarist and loves to jam with his music ensemble, The Purple Room.  
Team - Mohali
Umang Manchanda
President Umang is a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce. Accepted to the Young Leaders Program, she worked as a Teach for India fellow for 2 years before joining ISB. Her passion for teaching began in college with the National Service Scheme and her work with a local NGO school "Happy School". At TFI she taught 29 3rd graders in a Gurgaon based NGO. A food enthusiast, she loves to travel and is on a mission to explore all trekking trails in North-East India.
Devi Prasad Hazari
Vice President Devi Prasad is an Engineer from IIT Roorkee. He has total of 5 years experience in both corporate and social sector. After his graduation, he worked as a Technical Associate in Broadridge Financial Solutions and then did 2 years of Teach for India fellowship in Mumbai where he taught 120 sixth and seventh grade students. During his fellowship he worked on his own social venture called LEBTOP (Learning English By Talking On Phone) which won World Summit Youth Award. He is a sports and startup enthusiasts and loves playing video games in leisure time.
Jyoti Singh
Events Coordinator Jyoti is a business administration graduate from Pune University. She has 3+ years of experience in the development sector before coming to ISB. Always passionate about education, Jyoti spent 2 years teaching in a low income school as a TFI fellow. Post-TFI, she worked with Pratham Education Foundation in Rajasthan on novel ideas for bringing education to the underprivileged. A former national Judo player, Jyoti is also a photography enthusiast.
Tripesh Sakhuja
Alumni Coordinator Tripesh is a business graduate from the University of Delhi. He has over 4 years of work experience in the field of research and analytics. His interest in development sector encouraged his to start his own venture in the education space. Through his initiative, he has conducted over 50 workshops and trained 1500+ participants from schools and colleges of Delhi. He has also led social awareness programs for NGOs such as VOLindia Foundation and Humanity Habitat, supporting causes such as child rights and disability. He is a sports enthusiast and loves to play basketball and lawn tennis in his free time

Nikita Ahuja
Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Nikita Ahuja, is a Computer Engineer with 3.5 years of experience in sports marketing (IMG, IMG Reliance, Star India) and technology (JPMorgan Chase). She has worked marketing, brand management, PR, and sponsorship of global sporting events including Indian Premier League, Pro Kabaddi League and Aircel Chennai Open ATP Tennis Tournament. She was also responsible for marketing of the grassroot development programs for basketball and kabaddi across various schools in India. On a personal note from Formula One racing to cricket and football to tennis, she loves watching sports and is a huge Harry Potter fanatic. She strongly believes in giving back and has been involved in several social impact initiatives throughout her personal and professional life such as Joy of Giving, Missionaries of Charity, The Food Army and her friend’s NGO Pay in Kindness.


Aravind Balagi Prasad
Leadership and Development Coordinator

Aravind graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Prior to ISB, Aravind has worked in both the tech and development sector. He worked with Lutron Electronics in the US leading the new product development of residential lighting control products. Aravind's passion for creating social impact led him to be a Teach For India Fellow where he taught grades 4 and 5. He then worked with Central Square Foundation where he led the government engagement practice to design and scale system reform in the school education space. He is lucky to call three countries - Indonesia, USA, India - home, an avid badminton player and loves to explore cultures through the local cuisine.


Suraj R
Careers Coordinator

Suraj is a Computer Engineer from D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, University of Mumbai. He has 3.5 years of experience in Technology, Financial Services, and Development Sector. He has the expertise to interpret diverse local and global customer needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure on time delivery, gained through his engagements with cross-functional teams at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Dewan Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. (DHFL), and non-profit organizations.
