Mamtha Reddy in conversation with Ajay Srivastava, Alumnus from PGP Founding Class - In early days Ajay’s career as Indian Trade Service officer was part of the team implementing trade policy reforms during the India’s economic liberalisation experiment. Post-ISB, Ajay continued his career in the Indian Trade Service, but with a change in his assignments. Today, Ajay is part of India’s negotiating team for the WTO and Free Trade Agreements. He is currently part of the team responsible for foreign trade policy formulation and GST implementation for exporters.

ISB Alumni : Travel Tales : It was a journey full of roadblocks that came our way, some figurative and a lot many literal, but at the end of the trip, the grit to make it and the will to protect a dream outlasted any pain the body suffered. A lot of people asked me why I would trek to the Everest Base camp and the response that came to mind reminded me of what the ace mountaineer George Mallory told reporters when they asked him why he wanted to climb the Everest, “Because it is there”.
