| Employer Sponsorship |
The ISB's Employer Sponsorship Programme allows a corporate to work along with outstanding employees in grooming them for senior management positions within the company. Many erstwhile students of the ISB have received either complete or partial employer sponsorship for their tuition and fees, returning to better roles and increased responsibilities with their employers. For employers it is a chance to finance a world-class education for talented employees while encouraging them to stay and grow with the company.
Organisations that have sponsored their employees to the ISB include Citigroup, Dr Reddy's Labs, Hindustan Lever Limited, Intel Corporation, ITC, McKinsey & Company, Satyam Technologies and The Standard Chartered Group. We believe that an employer's willingness to sponsor their employee in a management programme demonstrates their faith in the employee's future. In that sense, employer sponsorship serves as an additional endorsement. However, in order to maintain the high quality of the ISB student profile, we require all sponsored candidates to meet the ISB's admissions requirements and go through the regular admissions process. Additionally, a sponsored applicant is required to provide a letter from their employer, stating that the employer is aware of their enrolment in the programme and of the necessary time commitment involved. |
