The India experience
There are many places in the world to see but India is a place you experience. In the midst of a major economic boom, India is sparkling with opportunity and optimism. However, the real India lies in the many faces of this diverse land. The people, cultures, religions, languages, and traditions unveil layers of complexities but with a charm unique unto its own.

“Perhaps the only thing more difficult than to be indifferent to India would be to describe or understand India completely.” - Geographia.com

The Engine of Growth
One of the fastest growing economies in the world, India is slated to become one of the world’s largest free markets by 2040. The ISB provides an unparalled opportunity to gain ground exposure to both the business world and culture of India, and broadly, the Asia-Pacific region. Companies and entrepreneurs are investing rapidly and building their presence in India.

“We have attempted to be truly global while designing the course and choosing the faculty. Any business school would die for the faculty ISB has under one roof.”
Dipak Jain, Former Dean, The Kellogg School of Management

“The vision of ISB is exciting. I am very happy to be associated with a world-class management institution that is in the business of creating tomorrow’s industry leaders.” Michael Dell, Chairman and Founder, Dell

Around Town
Hyderabad is a vibrant hub for young professionals and expatriates. It’s easy to explore, offers a wide range of cultural activities and landmarks, has great local and upscale shopping options, and boasts a large restaurant and bar circuit. Delicious regional cuisine from both north and south India can be found throughout the city, ranging from street stands to formal dining experiences.

The widely connected train and bus systems, as well as the new international airport, offer easy escapes to major cities throughout India and Asia.

Peer Group
We realise the importance of diversity, and place a large emphasis on creating a truly global peer group. Since our founding, we have welcomed students from countries around the world, and we will continue to expand our international community in subsequent years. A large percentage of each class has studied or worked outside of India, and we value these significant foreign work and life experiences.
