In today’s dynamic and competitive global market, it has become increasingly difficult for companies to retain their top talent. Sponsoring high-potential employees for the ISB's PGPMAX will help organisations demonstrate their commitment to employee career development. The sponsored employees must undergo the usual selection process. It provides some additional input to the programme office that the employee is a high performer and is valued by his/her employer. Therefore, it is desirable to submit letter of support along with the application form instead of after the admission has been obtained. |
