First Prize: Rs. 18,500
Second Prize: Rs. 15,000

The contest will be held in two phases:

Round I: Teams are required to email a soft copy of the case analysis. Subsequently, five shortlisted teams will be announced.

Round II: The selected entries will be invited to present their case analysis at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad during Poseidon.

Team formation

• A team should consist of 3-6 members (no overlaps, all members should be students from same business school)
• There is no limitation on the number of teams from a business school
• No change in the team structure is allowed after the team is registered.

Round 1

The teams will be required to register on the Poseidon website

1. All entries for Stage 1 should reach us latest by 30th November, 2005 23:59
2. Format of submission:
   1. File type: PDF
   2. File Name: EnergyVision_InstituteName_TeamName
   3. Page Limit: 10 pages (excluding cover page and source references)
   4. Font: Times New Roman, size12, 1.5 line spacing
   5. Each entry should have a cover page mentioning the Team-Name, names of the team members, institute name, e-mail ids and telephone numbers. The entries should have a bibliography, where applicable
   6. The documents are to be mailed to - energeia@isb.edu
   7. Mail subject line: Energy Vision, TeamName, Institute Name

Round 2

• The top 5 teams would move on to the second round.
• At this stage, the teams would have to present their plans in person before the panelists at ISB on 17th of December 2005. Teams would have 15 minutes to present their plan.

November 30: Submission of Case analysis by email. (To be submitted before November 30th 23:59)
December 03: Results for first round. Top 5 teams invited to ISB.
December 17: Presentation of Case
December 17: Final Results
