  1. Participation at Poseidon 2005 is open to management students currently pursuing a full time programme in business administration or a similar degree.
  2. All participants are expected to register for each event prior to the respective deadlines. No modifications will be entertained after the registration's been completed.
  3. During Poseidon, some events would be taking place simultaneously (Refer events' schedule). It is the responsibility of the students to ensure that their participation doesn't overlap during such events.
  4. All short listed teams will be provided accommodation on campus and reimbursed 3rd tier a/c return train fare.
  5. In addition to the above, a contingent of a maximum of 6 students will be provided campus accommodation and reimbursed return train fare (Refer Notes 1).
  6. Coupons for breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided to all participants.
  7. All students in addition to the above participants will only be provided food coupons. Accommodation (subject to availability) will be provided on a paid basis.
  8. All teams/participants are expected to report at ISB by 9:00AM, 16th December 2005. Students are expected to reach the ISB campus on their own. (Click here for directions on how to reach ISB campus)
  9. Expenses of stay extended beyond the 17th of December, 2005 will have to be borne by the students themselves.
