The Inter B-School debate competition at ISB brings forth an essential quality of an effective manager - the ability to think on one's feet and to communicate thoughts effectively. A creative thought process and effective communication & handling of audience questions are vital qualities to survive this grueling experience.



First Prize: Rs. 10,000 Second Prize: Rs. 5,000


2 members per team, one for and one against the motion. Maximum of 2 teams per B-school. Incase of more than 2 registrations, ISB shall intimate the school and it will be their decision to choose the best 2 teams to come down to ISB. Maximum time limit for each speaker is 5 Min. There would be two audience questions for a maximum of one minute. The topic of the Debate will be announced later.
