The Practice of Value Investing

The Practice of Value Investing

The roots of value investing as a discipline go back to Benjamin Graham, and his many able successors. The environment in which firms operate and the way in which they create or destroy value has changed over the years, but the basic principles driving value investing have remained unchanged. In this conference, we ask a small but distinguished group of value investors to take a deep dive into two aspects of the art of value investing and how they relate to current practice in emerging markets.

The conference will bring established practitioners into an academic setting to explore issues that are often left out in our day to day discussions on investing. There will something to learn, whether you are a professional investor with years of experience or just getting your feet wet as a value investor.
