Gillian Ku is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the London Business School. Her research interests include the role of emotions and arousal in decision-making; auction fever; predicting future behaviour and emotions; perspective-taking and intergroup relations; norm formation, and cross-cultural differences. Professor Ku has published articles in Group Processes and Intergroup Relations, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin and the Negotiation Journal.
Prior to working at the London Business School, Professor Ku was a Lecturer with Northwestern University and a Senior Financial Analyst with the Walt Disney Company. She has an AB from Harvard University and an MS and PhD from Northwestern University.
