Stakeholder Benefits
The ISB K-Hub supports entrepreneurs with ideas, enterprises in the start-up and early growth stages, and projects in the incubator stage from the Information and Communication Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Material Sciences, and Agri-Business industries.

Potential clients are selected through a two-stage process: Pre-screening stage and Screening stage

Pre-Screening stage
In the pre-screening stage, potential clients submit a brief summary of the business idea / plan in the prescribed form. An internal committee of the ISB K-Hub will review the submissions and shortlist proposals for the screening stage. These are then evaluated by a Screening Committee consisting of representatives from each of the major stakeholders and industry domain experts. The proposals would be assessed on five specific parameters:

  • Product
  • Market
  • Team
  • Technology
  • Financial aspects
Screening stage
At the screening stage, potential clients are required to:
  • Make a preliminary presentation to the Screening Committee
  • Provide additional information to assess potential and viability
  • Make a final presentation to the Screening Committee, if required.
Once the proposal is cleared, clients enter into agreements after which the formal engagement commences. Clients approved by the selection committee receive mentoring support and access to a range of services from the ISB K-Hub team and its network of partners.
