 Aruna Reddy


Aruna Reddy takes care of the Incubation Center and other Training Programs at WCED. She brings with her more than 14 years experience in Hospitality, Real Estate and Information Technology with expertise in business planning, operations and project management. She is a Director with Pearl group which is into Hospitality, Real Estate and Communications. Prior to ISB she was with Oracle Corporation USA, implementing business applications, managing practice and projects in Europe and America. At Oracle Corporation she was awarded the Best Manager of the year award for Practice Development. She is certified in Business Management and holds a Masters in Operations & Computers from Anna University. 
 

Kavita Monani 


Kavita Monani works as Manager at WCED. Prior to ISB, she was with Carlson Wagonlit Travel as a National Account Manager. Her experience spans across Entrepreneurship, Research Studies, Key Account Management, Business Development, Marketing and Operations. She is a partner with Vandana Cotton which is into warehousing. She is a Graduate in Business Management and holds a Masters in International
Tourism and Hospitality Management from Griffith University in Australia.



Aparna Deshpande


Aparna is a consultant at WCED. Prior to this role, Aparna worked in the Electronics Manufacturing industry in Process Automation and Design areas. She brings with her a rich and diverse experience of working with big multinationals like GE, as well as entrepreneurial experience gained in start-ups. She is an Electronics and Telecommunications Engineer from University of Pune, Maharashtra.

Pousumi

Pousumi takes care of the web site/content development and administrative duties at WCED. Before joining the ISB, Pousumi was working with corporates like Cognizant Technology Solutions and Fujitsu Consulting. She has over four years of experience in fields of technical recruitments. She is an English Literature Graduate from Calcutta University.
