Manish Chokhani
Managing Director – Alliance Holdings
Manish is an Advisor to Axis Bank and Enam Holdings. He has been MD & CEO of Enam Securities and led its $ 300 million merger with Axis Bank to create Axis Capital Ltd, (ACL) one of India’s leading investment banks. ACL is one of India’s most powerful corporate investment banking franchises and it swept all the Finance Asia country awards for investment banking, equities and bonds for 2013 under Manish’s leadership. Manish is a recognised thought leader in the Indian capital markets and has been instrumental in helping many Indian companies as well as global institutional funds in developing and implementing their strategies in India. Manish is also the co-founder of Enam AMC that manages the wealth of some of India’s leading business families. He has served as a Director of the $1 Billion ZA Capital Fund and Advisor to the $ 400 mn India Capital Fund, and has also served three terms as Co-Chairman of the Capital Markets Committee at the Indian Merchants Chamber. 
Sandeep Kothari
Portfolio Advisor Sandeep Kothari has a career in Equity markets since 1993. He pursued his B Com from Bombay University and completed his Chartered Accountancy in 1993. He started as a equity analyst on the sell side with James Capel B&K and has worked with CLSA for large part of his carrier as a sell side equity analyst. Joined Fidelity in 2003 as a regional analyst in Hong Kong and started managing money focused on Indian equities since 2005. He is currently the portfolio adviser to Fidelity India Focus fund which is a US $2 bn India dedicated offshore fund.

Sanjay Nayar
CEO, KKR India
Sanjay Nayar joined KKR in 2009 and is CEO of KKR India. Prior to joining KKR, he served as CEO of Citigroup’s Indian and South Asian operations and as a member of Citigroup’s Management Committee and Asia Executive Operating Committee. Mr. Nayar was the Deputy Chairman of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA), Chairman of the Foreign Banks’ Committee of the IBA, a member of the Board of USIBC and Co-Chairman of the Banking Committee for the FICCI. He has also participated in various financial sector reform committees set up by the Indian government and regulators.
William McGlashan
TPG GROWTH, FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER Mr. McGlashan is the founder and Managing Partner of TPG Growth, and a member of TPG's leadership committees. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, he served as chairman and CEO of Critical Path, Inc., where he oversaw a major financial and operational restructuring of the company beginning in 2001. Mr. McGlashan previously co-founded and served as CEO of Vectis Group, a venture corporation that capitalized and built companies in emerging markets in partnership with leading U.S. technology businesses. Mr. McGlashan's current non-profit activities include board roles at Endeavor Global, Common Sense Media and Yale School of Management. He is an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization and the World Economic Forum.

D Muthukumaran
Head, Group Corporate Finance - Aditya Birla Group
Mr. D Muthukumaran is the Head of Group Corporate Finance at Aditya Birla Group (ABG). ABG is a preeminent Indian industrial house with over a century years of heritage, now a multi-national, with US$40b revenues having operations in 26 countries with over 130,000 strong people force. Its businesses include metals (integrated aluminium and copper), cement, telecom, financial services, textiles & garments (spinning, weaving, manmade fibres, readymade garments), chemicals, carbon black, insulators, fertilisers, retail, trading. Muthukumaran has been with the Group for about 10 years and prior to that he has worked in Investment Bank in India and in corporate finance division of a Big 4 Accounting firm in India and London. At the Aditya Birla Group, he has worked in over 25 transactions ranging from Private Equity, Capital Markets, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Strategic Planning.

Ashok Wadhwa
Group CEO - Ambit Holdings
Ashok Wadhwa serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer of AMBIT Holdings Private Limited. He is also a Former President of Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry. In 1997, he found Ambit Corporate Finance and RSM & Co. Mr. Wadhwa has expanded Ambit’s presence in the financial services industry by launching its securities business - Ambit Capital and entering into a joint venture with Japan based Nikko Asset Management to launch Mutual Fund Business in India. Over the years, Mr. Wadhwa has counseled the Indian Government on numerous macroeconomic issues encompassing industry policy rationalization, privatization, removal of infrastructural bottlenecks and foreign investment. Mr. Wadhwa has received several awards/commendations, in recognition of his excellence in the field of Finance including the Priyadarshini Academy award for outstanding contribution in the field of financial management. 
Aisha de Sequeira
Co-country Head and Head of Investment Banking, Morgan Stanley
Aisha de Sequeira serves as Co-Country Head and Head of Investment Banking - India, at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of investment banking services including advisory and capital raising for Indian clients. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1995, where as a Managing Director within the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions department, she executed financial advisory assignments, including cross-border engagements, across a wide range of industries. In the last several years, Ms. de Sequeira has focused on advising global consumer companies, with clients including Unilever, PepsiCo and May Department Stores.

Srinivasan Varadarajan
Executive Director - Axis Bank Mr. V. Srinivasan, joined Axis Bank as the Executive Director - Corporate Banking in 2009 and was elevated as a Director on the Board of Axis Bank in October 2012. He has more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry and has worked in the areas of Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Treasury and Foreign Exchange Management. Before joining Axis Bank, Mr. Srinivasan was Managing Director and Head of Markets with J.P. Morgan, India. He has served on various RBI Committees including the Technical Advisory Committee, Committee for Repos and Committee for STRIPS. He has also held the positions of Chairman, Fixed Income Money Market and Derivatives Association of India (FIMMDA) and Chairman, Primary Dealers Association of India (PDAI). Currently, he is a member of the CII National Committee on Banking.

Rohit Chatterji
Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, J.P Morgan India
Rohit Chatterji is the Managing Director and the Head of Local Corporate and Investment Banking in IndiaIn his 20+ years career with J.P. Morgan, he has served as the Head of M&A and Corporate Finance for North Asia / South East Asia and the Head of DCM for Asia Pacific
He is a gold medallist from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from BITS, Pilani.
Mr. Chatterji has been a part of some of the largest transactions done out of India and South East Asia.

Ananth Narayan
Co-head of Wholesale Banking – South Asia, Standard Chartered Bank
Ananth Narayan is currently Regional Head of Global Markets and Co-Head of Wholesale Banking, South Asia. His responsibility encompasses Trading, Sales and Structuring across asset class like Fixed Income, Credit, Commodities and Equity. In addition, he is also responsible for Capital Markets and management of the bank’s balance sheet. He also has governance responsibility for Corporate Advisory, Project Finance, Structured Trade Finance, M&A, Leveraged Finance, Private Equity and Alternative Investment Group. As Co-Head of Wholesale Banking he is jointly responsible for business strategy, performance and people across South Asia region. Prior to the current role, he was Regional Head, Fixed Income, South Asia. He has previously been with Citibank (1998 – 2005) and Deutsche Bank (2006-2009) trading in fixed income and currency markets
