Reema Gupta, heads the Centre for Learning and Management Practice and Corporate Relations at Indian School of Business.  In addition, she co-leads the Women’s Excellence initiative at ISB.  Her research interest is in the area of skilling with a specific focus on digital literacy and support ecosystem required to sustain and scale women-led micro and small enterprises. Reema has been instrumental in launching many innovative programs like the CIO Academy, Executive Eminence and Certificate in Business Analytics programmes.
Prior to joining ISB, Reema worked for EMC Corporation in Massachusetts as Senior Director and led many company‚Äźwide strategic initiatives. She has over 13 years of experience working in the IT related field, holds a patent in multi-processor communication and was recognized as the "Top 10 women to watch" in Massachusetts, for her work in Science and Technology.  Currently, she is pursuing her Doctoral in Business Administration at ISB
Reema is co-founder of the Nayi Disha; an online resource platform, aimed at empowering families of persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (www.nayi-disha.org). She is a firm believer in leveraging technology to build inclusive society.  She has recently co-authored and created a children’s book, The Dot that went for a walk, short stories of 51 inspirational women from India which is now available on Amazon (https://tinyurl.com/ycqfdwwv).
