Murali Mantrala
Professor, University of Missouri, Columbia

Murali K. Mantrala is the Sam M. Walton Distinguished professor of Marketing at the University of Missouri, Columbia (MU). He holds a PhD in Marketing from Northwestern University and MBAs from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. His research includes retail pricing and category management, news media pricing, pharmaceuticals marketing, marketing decision models, sales force resource allocation and compensation strategies. Professor Mantrala is a member of INFORMS (the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).He has been a visiting professor at various universities over the last 25 years including Bar-Ilan (Tel Aviv), Chicago, Cologne, Columbia, Duke, Indian School of Business, Rutgers, Vanderbilt, Washington-St. Louis, and WHU Koblenz. Professor Mantrala’s research on topics such as marketing by two-sided platforms, sales resource allocation, compensation design, and retail pricing strategies has appeared in leading academic journals such as Journal of Marketing Research (JMR), Journal of Marketing (JM), Marketing Science (MKS), Journal of Retailing (JR), Marketing Letters, and Journal of Interactive Marketing (JIM). Two of his papers in MKS and JIM won the Frank M. Bass Best Paper Award in 1998 and the 2013 Best Paper Award respectively.  In 2010, he received the Humboldt Research Award from the Alexander Humboldt Foundation in Berlin, Germany, for lifetime research contributions, several in collaboration with scholars in Germany.   An Innovative IT ecosystem in the state of Tamilnadu to promote Tech startup companies	                    
Madhu Viswanathan
Assistant Professor, Marketing, ISB Madhu Viswanathan is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Indian School of Business (ISB). Prior to joining ISB, he worked as an assistant professor at University of Arizona. Professor Viswanathan’s research work focuses on the role of distribution channels, B2B relationships, salesforce compensation and its impact on marketing mix elements like prices and assortments. His work has been published in Journal of Marketing Research, a premier journal in marketing. He has consulted and worked with companies spanning a wide range of industries including retail, insurance and healthcare. Prof. Viswanathan received his PhD from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and his undergraduate from BITS, Pilani.
Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi

Professor Emeritus, IIT Hyderabad Uday B. Desai is an Indian academician and the founding Director of Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. He is a Professor Emeritus in Electrical engineering and the Head of Operations at the Center for Healthcare Entrepreneurship (CfHE) at IIT Hyderabad.
PJ Narayanan
Director, IIIT Hyderabad P J Narayanan is the Director of IIIT, Hyderabad and a researcher in the areas of 3D vision, computational cameras, and parallel computing. He built the Virtualized Reality system in mid 1990s at the Carnegie Mellon University to capture 3D geometry and appearance of dynamic events. He also was an early adopter of GPUs for several Computer Vision and general computing tasks. He got his bachelors from IIT Kharagpur, masters and PhD from the University of Maryland, all in Computer Science. He was a research faculty member at the Robotics Institute of CMU from 1992 to 1996 and headed the Vision and Virtual Reality groups of the Centre for Artiticial Intelligence and Robotics, Bangalore from 1996 to 2000. He has been with IIIT Hyderabad from 2000 and has been its PG Coordinator, Dean of Research, and, from 2013, the Director. He was the President of ACM India from 2009 to 2014 and us currently the Chair of its Research Board.
Anoop Namboodiri
Associate Professor, IIIT Hyderabad Dr. Anoop M. Namboodiri is a faculty member at the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad, India. He is associated with the Centre for Visual Information Technology. He holds a BTech and PhD in Computer Science and Engineering. His research interests include Pattern Recognition, Biometrics, Document Understanding, and Computer Vision.
Arnab Kumar
Program Director, NITI Aayog Arnab Kumar is Program Director at NITI Aayog, and drives NITI Aayog's strategy, policy and implementation initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, Blockchain and Digital Economy. Arnab has co-authored India's Strategy for Artificial Intelligence (released in 2018) and has been driving the architecture of the proposed National Programme on AI. His key projects include Imaging BioBank for Cancer, India UK Healthcare AI Catalyst, Blockchain and IoT based Fertiliser Supply Chain solution. Arnab joined NITI Aayog as Founding Manager for Atal Innovation Mission, and developed strategy for AIM’s key initiatives including tinkering labs and early-stage technology fund, before setting up the Frontier Technologies practice. An ex-investment banker, Arnab has worked for Deutsche Bank’s New York, Hong Kong and Singapore offices and has raised more than USD20bn in M&A, equity and debt transactions, primarily in FinTech, Financial Institutions and Technology deals. Arnab has also previously led product teams across 3 global locations for Oracle. Arnab is an alumnus of Indian School of Business, Columbia Business School, and Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chevening CRISP Fellow (2019).
Shailesh Kumar
Chief Data Scientist, Reliance Jio Dr. Shailesh Kumar is the Chief Data Scientist at Reliance Jio. He also serves as a visiting faculty of Machine Learning at Indian School of Business. Prior to this he was a Distinguished Scientist at Ola, Co-Founder at ThirdLeap - an EdTech AI company, Researcher in the Google Brain team, Senior Scientist at Yahoo! Labs, and Principal Scientist at Fair Isaac Research. Dr. Kumar has over eighteen years of research, academic, startup, and industrial experience across various areas of AI such as in natural language processing, speech processing, computer vision, fleet management, retail data mining, IoT, finance, insurance, remote sensing, agriculture, and healthcare. He has published over 20 conference papers, journal papers, and book chapters and holds about 20 patents in these areas. Dr. Kumar was recognized as one of the Top 10 data scientists in India in 2015 and top 50 Analytics Leaders in India in 2018 by the Analytic Science Magazine. Dr. Kumar received his PhD and Masters in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin and B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT-Varanasi.

Amrita Singh
VP-Operations, Societe Generale SC Amrita has over 13 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. She has been with SG Global Solution Centre (SG GSC) since 2011 where she has spearheaded several key initiatives around emerging technology. A driver of innovation, she has led projects on Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to name a few. Currently she is the Global Program Director for Smart Automation, Corporate & Investment Banking Operations. As an ‘agent of change’ she has played a pivotal role in the setting up of the RPA 'centre of excellence' at SG GSC. She connects the dots with her expertise in Process Excellence, RPA & Cognitive Technologies (OCR, ML, NLP) and liaises with several of the innovation wings at SG GSC.
