For Alumni:

  • Escalate your job search and make your profile visible to hiring managers by using the Opt-in feature of the Resume Books

  • Provides access to registered recruiters/alumni who are hiring managers with exclusive access to resumes of ISB alumni who are actively seeking a career transition

Registration (Alumni)

  • Please register using your @isb.edu email id and your account will be created 
  • Once you have registered please login and you ready to post jobs

Registration and Validation (Recruiters)

  • You must first register and create an account on the portal. Registration is absolutely free of cost. 
  • You would be prompted to validate your account. It takes up to 10 hours during regular business hours to receive the prompt.

Trouble logging in

  • You must be a registered user to access the portal and post jobs.
  • If you are already a registered user you can click on the link “Forgot your password/having trouble logging in?” on the login page. Follow the steps further as prompted.
  • If you still cannot log in, enter your email address and last name in the provided fields and click “Retrieve Password”. Your login information will be emailed to you.

How do I post a job?

  • Log into your account and post jobs
  • You can click on the “Post a Job” link, which brings you to the “Post/Create a Job” page.
  • Please be sure to fill in all required fields marked with a red *. All other fields are not required; however, we do recommend you provide as much information as possible to the job seekers.
  • Once you have entered all the information you can preview and post your job.

 

How do I edit my currently posted job?

  • To edit a currently posted job log in to your account and click on the “My Jobs” tab.
  • Here you will see the name of your position listed and to the right an icon with the heading of Actions
  • Under which you can find an Edit link that can be used to edit your posted job.


How long does it take for my job posting to be searchable by job seekers?

  • Once you post a job, the Office of Alumni Engagement rechecks on all points and approves the job to go live 
  • The job postings may take up to an hour to become viewable on the portal by job seekers.

 

Is there any payment involved?

The job portal is a free and exclusive portal for ISB alumni and recruiters who seek to hire ISB alumni.

Is the information I enter protected?

Absolutely. Our Privacy Statement clearly states that we will not share your contact information with third parties for the purpose of marketing.


How can I search for job postings?

  • You can search through the currently posted jobs by clicking on the Job Search tab at the top of the page.
  • Here you will be able to search by Keyword, location, industry or job function; or a combination of the four job search options.

 

What is a Daily Alert?

  • A Job Alert is an automated search that will search the most recently posted job postings on the job portal, when it finds job postings that match the criteria you set it will send you an email alerting you of these job postings.
  • This is a great tool to use as it does not require you to visit the job portal every day to check on the new jobs that have been posted, instead, the postings will be sent straight to you!
