Job Purpose |
Associate Director, Marketing is a leadership role that reports directly to the Director of the Center for Executive Education (CEE). You will oversee three areas – Digital Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, and Brand & Communications to drive the reach and growth of a portfolio of high quality digital and in-person executive education programs. You will work with the leadership to define the marketing strategy and deliver the sales pipeline to hit quarterly and annual goals. You will partner with a team of business development executives focsed on field marketing activities as well as lead the digital marketing team for digital, top-of-funnel strategies. You will also lead all brand building and communication activities. The ideal candidate will be both creative and data-driven, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate the ability to effectively grow the team. Job Outline |
· Develop and drive marketing strategies across each of the three component areas to generate demand and accelerate the pipeline for consumer, enterprise, mid-market and government sales for new and existing programs · Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and market trends that allow for measurement of efficacy of various strategies and identification of best practices, and provide actionable insights to the team · Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the development, review, and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including web, email, social and telemarketing promotions stay on schedule and deliver the desired impact · Lead the creation and growth of various strategies that amplify brand-building. These include landing page development (including lead acquisition campaigns); strategic events, webinars and roundtables (including developing event briefs, gathering data from attendees, and working to ensure timely follow-up); and creation of customer case studies (work with the BD executives to secure necessary consent from the customer and manager the case study review cycle). · Manage the annual marketing budget, annual expenditure and other expenses; identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs · Vision to effectively and efficiently utilise in-house expertise and capabilities by way of cross-functional collaboration with Alumni Engagement teams, Career Advancement Services, Centre for Learning and Management Practices, Research Centres, Media Labs, ISB Studios, and Faculty |
