Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer will use their creative abilities to conceptualize and execute design ideas to support ISB Admissions’ marketing initiatives.

Job  Outline

 

The candidate is expected to:

·         Ideate and Execute design concepts and marketing materials like: Campaign Ads, Emailers and notifications, Print ad copies, Social Media posts, Infographics, Brochure layouts and imagery, Content templates, Presentations, Promotional videos, and other visual layouts

·         Conform to brand standards for consistency in visual identity, messaging and positioning; creatively and consistently reflect ISB’s brand identity

·         Create superior, original designs, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts for web banners, emailers and have awareness of current trends in the digital space

·         Coordinate with Digital team members for superior output and quick turnaround, exhibiting excellent teamwork

·         Collaborate with the programme team for requirement gathering and delivering as per deadlines

·         Execute with agility, ability to think creatively and contribute ideas for campaigns.

·         Identify creative content style that engages and influences people on various online platforms and implement them

·         Stay up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Required Experience

Graduate in Any discipline

 

·         Enthusiastic and have a deep understanding of emerging design trends and innovations

·         Ability to think out of the box can-do the work with attitude to get out of the box concept on the table.

·         Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

·         Attention to details and a thorough understanding of what works in web designs, ad copies, landing pages, social media posts etc.

·         Able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others in writing and verbally

.

 

·         2-4 years’ experience in Graphic designing with Agency or B2C organisation

·         Excellent command over basic designing software like Adobe Illustrator, XD or Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw etc.

·         Experience in Video Editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Corel VideoStudio

·         Experience of working in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
