Job Purpose |
SRITNE is in the process of strengthening administration of project grants and outreach activities of the Institute. Successful candidate will independently handle the (a) Administration work of the Institute including but not limited to Project Grants administration and events / workshops conducted by the Institute; (b) Manage database for dissemination and outreach activities; and (c) Day-to-day office management. Best suited for: · A graduate and a keen learner who is looking to gain experience in planning and administration. · The person should have good written and spoken English communication. · A Self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision, Comfortable with multi-tasking. · Keen to learn and grow professionally |

1. Budget related administrative work for Department and Grants 1. SAP work related to SRITNE Admin, and Grants 2. Ensuring projects are charged with appropriate costs and reconciliation for invoicing 3. Ensuring timely payments to vendors 4. Coordination with SRITNE team members, SAP team, Finance and external agency (if any) for timely resolution of budget and expense related issues 2. Event Management and logistics support for events / workshops 3. Manage database for dissemination and outreach activities 1. Consolidating and updating database 2. Keep CRM updates of engagement with various stakeholders 4. Day to day running of office 1. Support ED and AD in admin tasks 2. Meeting logistics 3. Travel booking for guests 4. Booking F&B for meetings 5. Any other tasks related to day to day running of office |
