Job Purpose

To support the FARO office needs across all academic programmes. Supporting Managers in RO portal requests, Faculty Database Management and Audit checks. To Coordinate with stakeholders for collection and compilation of Records.

Job  Outline

The primary responsibility of the job holder is to closely work with the Manager to support in keeping the records of the Faculty Database of all programmes, Updating the portals with required data on a timely basis. S/He need to closely work with the Manager to close all the requests raised in RO portal. Follow up with all the Programme offices for collecting the data related to faculty and students.

 

The Incumbent should maintain database of visiting faculty across years with information related to their contact details, affiliations and updated CVs. S/He has to coordinate with with Programme office to ensure the Atrium is updated with the required course details, policies on a timely basis for easy retrievability.

 

The Incumbent should support the Audit team with audit checks as per the requirement and deadlines set up for each audit.

 

The Incumbent is responsible for printing of certificates and making arrangements for distribution of Certificates after each graduation and has to support the Manager for the Graduation related activities across programmes
