Job Purpose |
Actively work with the Executive Director in achieving the goals of training, research, publication and dissemination goals of the Centre |
Job Outline |
- Design and formulate strategy for AMPs to be offered by the Centre - Coordinate overall delivery of training programmes offered by the Centre - Build a network of family business clubs across India as nodal points of the Centre - Develop Research Agenda consisting of multiple research themes on family business - Planning, guiding and monitoring the activities of the team of researchers - Conceiving and taking up research projects in an individual capacity wherever appropriate - Preparing research papers for high quality academic publications - Preparing White Papers and Monographs based on empirical research - Identifying opportunities for developing case studies and preparing cases and teaching notes - Coordinating publishing of the Centre’s publication, Family Business Briefs - Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships and engaging in collaborative work with faculty and scholars within and outside ISB, family business professionals, and other relevant individuals, business families and organizations |
