Job Purpose


We are looking for an intern to support the marketing and delivery of  the Goldman Sachs Programme.


You are someone with good process orientation, adapt to new work tools effectively and expeditously, have strong customer orientation, and competently use these skills to achieve programme related time based targets


You regularly seek inputs, accept constructive feedback and remove any impediments, relying heavily on learning and adapting the best practices from your line managers, peers and competition.

Job  Outline

·         Responsible for the support functions related to the marketing and delivery of the programme

·         Adept in learning processes and proprietary data tools for impeccable execution of programme delivery  process related tasks.

·         Responsible for ensuring superior customer experience, while meticulously handling customer enquiries through emails, zoom meetings & calls

·         Asist in data analysis and preparation of reports

·         Provide support for programme  related events, including interviews, webinars, cohort delivery and marketing events

·         Coordinate with internal and stakeholders of the school for programme related communication

·   Graduate under related or other disciplines

·     Communication (written and verbal)

·     Excellent Interpersonal skills

·     Ability to manage multiple responses, coordination & attention to details

·     Comfortable in working long hours/weekends as per business need

·   1-3 years of experience, ideally as part of data-driven processes

·   Ability to present data effectitvely to aid actionable insights, would be an edge

Key Responsibilities

% Time Spent


Recording and maintaining MIS related to the programme 



Online and offline programme scheduling and appointment handling with students and faculty



Timely procurments and distribution of reads, assignments etc. 



Calling alumni and participants for reminders, follow ups and information transfer



Attending the online/offline sessions as and when required
