Job Purpose

To plan, manage and drive the programme initiatives – like enabling international partnerships for EFPM, integration of students with the ISB community, programme growth and sustenance efforts

 

Job Outline

  • At ISB, EFPM office is responsible for student recruitment and providing academic services to the students.
  • The jobholder as Senior Manager – EFPM office, reports to the Executive Director - EFPM and will be the overall in charge of new initiatives. The person will perform a set of key responsibilities which enable opportunities for students to integrate students into the ISB eco-system, find partnerships for the programme and pursue programme growth opportunities.  
  • S/He works closely with the EFPM Director to design the marketing strategy and implement all marketing and admissions activities with support from the team. Activities include brochure creation, handling prospective candidates’ queries, info sessions, managing presence in on-line media, webinars, regular follow up with applicants for completion of application, logistics arrangements for interviews, travel reimbursements, shortlisting of applications in consultation with area faculty, mails to Alumni and other leads database, updating brochure content on website, managing the on-line FPM application, Interview status / offer letters etc. S/He responds to applicant queries and is responsible for ensuring that the EFPM Committee makes admissions decisions in time

Any Other Significant Input

We are looking for a person with MBA and about 8-10 years of total experience. Candidate should preferably come with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. The candidate must be proficient at forming international relationships in educational institutions. Experience in professional/higher education is preferred.
