Dr Jay Rao Dr Rao has extensive experience in teaching executive education programmes in the areas of innovation, implementation of innovation initiatives within firms, corporate entrepreneurship, and customer experience innovation. Dr Rao has worked with some of the world’s elite organisations like Novartis, Fresenius Medical Care, Pernod Ricard USA, Covidien, BBVA, BAE Systems, U.S. Navy, SABIC, Citizens Bank, Merck, Masco Corp., Scottish Enterprise, Innovation Norway, North Atlantic Capital, EMC, GlaxoSmithKline, Scania and others. Dr Rao also teaches two elective courses in the Babson MBA programs (1) Leading Innovation: Gorillas, Chimps & Monkeys and (2) #CX #UX #DX Innovation. He also teaches extensively in the Babson Executive Education programs.
