Meet the faculty

Ram Nidumolu

Clinical Professor of Organisational Behaviour at ISB; PhD in Management, Anderson Business School, UCLA; PGDM, IIM, Calcutta; BE (ECE) Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Professor Nidumolu‘s award-winning work has appeared in prestigious publications like the Harvard Business Review, the Stanford Social Innovation Review and many more. He brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership, strategy and innovation consulting and research with global enterprises. He has provided strategic advisory services to C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies as well as leading Indian MNCs.

Ram’s leadership book ‘Two Birds in a Tree: Timeless Indian Wisdom for Business Leaders’ has received wide acclaim from CEOs at leading global corporations like Unilever, Patagonia, PepsiCo India, Diageo India and many more. He has founded and served as CEO of several companies, including a VC-funded Business Intelligence company in Silicon Valley. He has also conducted top managerial research as a professor at leading US business schools.
