ISB’s Career Advancement Services (CAS) Team has a unique structure and its strength stems from the skills and experience of its team members. There are three pillars on which manage the key functions of CAS 

(I)The Corporate Business Development (CBD) team reaches out to a large recruiter-base, assesses the demand in the market as well as brings jobs to the campus. 

(II) The Program Management (PM) manage the job postings, applications management, publishing short lists as well as interview scheduling. 

(III) The Strategy and Execution(SE) team manages recruiter engagements and experience on campus , assists CBD team in expanding outreach , does One-on-one meetings with students and works on the execution of placement day. 

Career Advancement Journey

The career engagement PGP Program  process takes about six months.{ Rephrase – year long Talk about hybrid- day+ rolling , corporate connect L&D } Through a series of on-campus presentations and hundreds of job postings, students get the opportunity to learn about recruiting companies with national and global presence. Placements commence with a series of pre-placement talks (PPT) by recruiters to the student body. Get in touch with our team if interested to hire from ISB
