Overview

I am a Professor of Marketing Strategy and Deputy Dean - Corporate and International relations and Deputy Dean - Mohali Campus. While I focus on core marketing classes, my area of specialisation is on Distribution Channels, Pricing Models and related subjects, with a special focus on Asian Countries. I have studied models in Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore to assess what business model works and what does not work. My purpose of these studies is to develop pedagogy that would suit the needs of the students in the Asian region and equip them to learn and understand how business titans are getting their jobs done in Asia and gain a holistic perspective on the business narrative in this region. I have gained my Ph D (Marketing), from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. Earlier, I was teaching/ consulting at University of Texas, Emory University, Northwestern University and Singapore Management University.
