Workshops: Throughout the year, we aim to conduct workshops for all sports from racket sports, cricket to self-defense sessions. This gives students the opportunity to learn new sports and give sportspersons among the cohort to share their expertise.
SV Wars: A tournament was conducted among the four Student villages at ISB where they competed in seven sports: Frisbee, Football, Volleyball, Badminton, Basketball and Table Tennis. After a four day long heavily competed league, SV3 emerged victorious.
Live Screenings: After a barrage of assignment submissions and classes, a much-needed break comes in the form of friends sitting together and watching a match, be it cricket, football or any other sport. We began this year by screening the ICC Cricket World cup matches and look to continue screening other sporting events throughout the year.
Instagram Challenge: We hope to increase the interaction between the two campuses by starting a Instagram challenge where students across both campuses compete against each other through 15 seconds clips of a challenging sports activity, move or task.
Corporate Matches: Creating a strong network is something each ISB student looks to achieve through the course of one year. What better way than to network with alums and other corporate employees over a game of frisbee or other sports? We have already had games with Microsoft and Google’s corporate team and look forward to hosting many other teams
