ISB’s Mohali and Hyderabad campuses are geared up to host over 550 children who are not so privileged, from over 10 Non Government Organisations (NGOs) for a day of fun and frolic, a day where they can break free and celebrate the real meaning of independence.

Every year Independence Day is celebrated as ‘Bandhan’, an initiative of the Net Impact Club at ISB. Bandhan is in its tenth year now and has been successful in creating a difference in the lives of these children by bringing joy and happiness on this day. The students and staff volunteers organise some special activities for these children.

These activities include art competition, career dream circles, sports activities, music and dance shows to provide these children with a fun filled and memorable learning experience. The event will also comprise of workshops in dance, music and ‘Do-it-Yourself’ activities. Besides the workshops there will be sports events and cultural performances by the kids.
